These classic Maple-Cured, Hickory Smoked Hams are exactly what your family will love!  The ham shank has that classic ham profile, so it's a great choice for a picture-perfect table and the meat tends to be leaner and has one long bone, which makes carving easier. The ham butt has more tender, fattier meat, lending a richer flavor.
