The safety and wholesomeness of our beef is a top priority at 3 Oaks Ranch.  We believe in focusing on the health and well being of our cattle at all times.  Under the advisement of a veterinarian, antibiotics are only used when needed to help an animal recover from an illness. We strictly adhere to all label instructions and FDA recommendations for antibiotic usage, as well as carefully monitor withdrawal times to ensure our cattle are healthy and our beef is safe for your family and ours. 

Our cattle spend their lives on the grass pastures of 3 Oaks Ranch before moving to a small family feedlot during the final 3-4 months where they are fed a specially-formulated grain-based ration, including corn, hay, and other grains.  The grain intensifies the marbling and mouth-watering flavor of every cut of beef.

We believe in supporting our community and there is no better way than to support the farmers and ranchers of tomorrow.  By purchasing 4-H and FFA student pig and lamb projects, we are directly impacting these amazing kids and their futures.  We realize this changes the availability of our pork and lamb but we believe you will agree these meats are worth the wait which will sometimes occur.

3 Oaks Meats is located in Elderwood, CA and we also have ranch locations in Clovis, CA. Additionally, we provide delivery services throughout the Central Valley of California - Clovis, Fresno, Visalia, and surrounding areas.

Shipping / Local pickup policy

3 Oaks Ranch strives to provide the freshest meats to you and your family through our strict shipping protocols. As of right now, we offer flat rate shipping of $32 to all California residents, as well as local pickup/delivery to Fresno, Clovis, and Visalia. 3 Oaks Meats recommends a minimum order of 8-10 lbs to ensure all meat remains frozen or partially frozen during shipping.

To ensure freshness, all packages are shipped on Tuesday so we know you will receive the shipment by Thursday. We use one-day air shipping on all packages to ensure freshness.

At this time, 3 Oaks Meats only ships within California. Stay tuned for availability in other areas in the near future. Also, we are unable to ship to P. O. Boxes - please use a physical address for shipping.

Orders can be placed any day of the week but ALL orders will be shipped on the following Tuesday or Wednesday. For example, if you order on a Thursday, your package will ship on the next Tuesday or Wednesday. If you order on a Monday, your 3 Oaks Meats package will ship within the next two following days.

You do not need to be present to sign for the 3 Oaks Meats package. However, we recommend someone being available to quickly place the meats in the freezer or refrigerator upon arrival.

Our meats are frozen and vacuum sealed for optimal freshness and shipped in an insulated cooler packed with dry ice to maintain proper food safety temperatures for meat. (Meat should held at 40 degrees or less, as measured by a food thermometer.)

If your package arrives damaged or delayed by the shipping carrier and the meat is not at or below 40 degrees, contact us at info@3oaksmeats.com within 48 hours so we can resolve your issue. Do not consume the meat in the cooler if the meat temperature has not been maintained at or below 40 degrees.

We offer local pickup for Fresno, Clovis, and Visalia residents on Fridays from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm.

Returns and exchanges

3 Oaks Meats in unable to accept returns since meat is a perishable product. If you have any concern with your package, please contact us at info@3oaksmeats.com within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.
