3 Oaks Perfect Hamburger



2 lbs 3 Oaks Meats ground beef

1 tsp cracked pepper

1 tsp kosher salt

2 Tbsp dijon mustard

1.5 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce



  1. Combine in a large mixing bowl - 3 Oaks ground beef, pepper, salt, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.  Form 5-6 ounce hamburger patties making sure the patties are nearly as wide as the bun.  Place a small indentation with your thumb in the center of the patty.  
  2. Heat grill or skillet to high.
  3. Cook patties 2-3 minutes per side until internal temperature is 160 degrees. (If you make patties thicker you will need to cook longer.)
  4. Serve on grilled hamburger buns with toppings of your choice.
  5. ENJOY!
