2 lbs 3 Oaks Meats ground beef
1 tsp cracked pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1.5 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Combine in a large mixing bowl - 3 Oaks ground beef, pepper, salt, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Form 5-6 ounce hamburger patties making sure the patties are nearly as wide as the bun. Place a small indentation with your thumb in the center of the patty.
- Heat grill or skillet to high.
- Cook patties 2-3 minutes per side until internal temperature is 160 degrees. (If you make patties thicker you will need to cook longer.)
- Serve on grilled hamburger buns with toppings of your choice.
